We are looking for tutor-instructors with unique and extraordinary skills. If you have experience in media, design, digital, literature, languages and culture, human relations, sciences, art, or craftsmanship and are ready to share your knowledge, Aurora Academy needs you!

What We Look for in Our Courses

Our courses stand out for their originality and practicality, addressing a need for education that goes beyond conventional offerings. Here are the main guidelines:

• Duration: Minimum 8 hours and maximum 32 hours, with evening hours during the week (from 6:30 p.m.) or intensive sessions on weekends.
• Format: Practical-theoretical format, with hands-on workshops and, if possible, on-field experience.
• Participants: Maximum of 10-12 people to ensure a personalized learning experience.
• Course Type: We offer specific, thematic, and conceptual courses that focus on unique skills and knowledge, rarely found locally.
• Take-Away for Students: Each course should offer a tangible takeaway, whether a recipe, a photo, a project, a drawing, or an analysis. We want participants to leave the Academy with something tangible that reflects what they have learned.

Examples of specific topics:

• “Light and color of a dish” - rather than "plating course" or "plate design"
• “Enology of a region: the Sulcis” - rather than "Enology course"
• and so on.

How to Propose a Course

Send your proposal via email to info@aurora.academy, including:

• Course Title and Objectives
• Description of Lessons and Content (divided into modules)
• Course Format (e.g., practical-theoretical, workshops, on-field)
• Target Audience
• Entry Requirements
• Preferred Period and Schedule
• CV and Portfolio
• Economic, Logistical, and Technical Requirements (equipment)
